Sensory Story Time is a unique story time for children with special needs. The event will be held privately next door to the library in Heritage Hall. This group is limited to15 children and their caretakers to help keep the children from being overwhelmed. Story time will include songs, rhymes, games, interactive stories and sensory play. The Pope County Library presents a series of FREE life skills training for teens and adults! Join Lake Dardanelle State Park InterpreterMegan Ayers for a discussion on the identification of poison ivy, poison oak, snakes, spiders, ticks, and more. We will also discuss how to prevent encounters with these plants and animals, and what to do when you do come across them. Paola Gemme is our guest instructor right now and we are doing Tabata.  Please bring some hand weights (light weights under 5lbs and heavy weights over 5 lbs) a yoga mat or towel.  Exercise is modified to your ablility.
