"Fri, A. M. Yesterday from middle of P.M. as long as it was light enough to see we could have parodized "Change of the Light Brigade" "Wheat fields to the right of us, wheat fields to the left of us etc." I told C. these Kansas people should be broadminded — They have such broad views — tho possibly their minds have gone to seed since the view is all wheat. Enjoying every minute and feeling fine. Rose"
