"Many thanks indeed for paper. This glen is about three minutes walk from here. 'Tis very pretty in summer. The buds are just beginning to burst so that, in a week, or two, trees & hedgerows will be a beautiful green. I am eagerly looking forward to May 1st on which day I hope to start for Normandy. I am just preparing my itinerary. No recent tidings of Mr. Carmody. With kind regards A.G.C."
