"Guam W.S. At Sherman? May 27, 1914. Arrived here this AM. Took a good stroll along the beach this PM. Feel fine. Beautiful, hot weather. This card shows the native at their every day life better than any description I could give. Notice carefully how they dress and the character of the houses, roads, etc. etc. See the "caraban"? The peope are brown and appear very intelligent.Are "Mabayo" See my newest girl? Leave tomorrow noon. Best wishes and regards to you, A.C.H."
