"Winchester, Va. 10—24—13. Have had a good time, and done a lot of fast work. Leaving for Washington tomorrow. Am feeling fine. Hope you are well. Will write you a letter in a few days. Have had one of the best vacations imaginable. Nice town, fine people, and lots to eat. Lots of love to you all. Chester"
