"At Home 7—30—11. Arrived at home last ? after a nice all day ride. Had the best time of my life while up in Pa. Will tell you all about it soon. Was with real nice fellows, in a pretty country, had good food, lots of cigars, etc. etc. Saw lots of pretty girls and didn't have but little to do. Of course I enjoyed it. Hope you all well and enjoying yourselves. Will write soon. Chester."
