Items purchased include: 11 bass violin strings (66 cents), 2 fine treble strings (40 cents), 1 dozen treble common strings ($1.20), 4 bottles milk (15 cents), half dozen milk powders ($1.10), 1 caddy matches ($1.75), 2 dozen McLean pills ($4.20), 1 dozen Joynes pills ($2.25), 1 dozen Ayers pills ($2.15), 1 dozen Coyles King of Pain ($4.75), half dozen Ayes Aging Cure ($5.00), 3 oz. Quinine ($10.00), 2 gallons castor oil ($6.00), half ream note paper ($1.50), half pound twine (25 cents), and a half dozen boxes of hair dye ($5.00).
