2025 PCLS Foundation Fills Vacancies

Russellville, Arkansas:  The Pope County Library System Foundation (PCLS Foundation) works to obtain private funding to help the library system meet the cultural, educational, informational and recreational needs of the Pope County community.  The Foundation recently added several new Directors and elected officers to fill some vacancies.  Lisa Huelle will serve as President; Stacy Rowlett was elected Vice President; and Jamie Young is the new Secretary.  The next Foundation meeting will be held on Thursday, September 18, at 11:00 am at the Dover Public Library.  Anyone interested in joining is encouraged to attend.
